Half day mediations (up to 4 hours) are $500 per side. If the mediation goes over 4 hours, then each side will be assessed an additional $150 fee for each hour the mediation is extended.
Full day mediations (up to 8 hours) are $1000 per side. If the mediation goes over 8 hours, then each side will be assessed an additional $150 fee for each hour the mediation is extended.
All payments for mediation must be made no later than 14 days before the the scheduled mediation.
