Full day mediations (up to 8 hours) are $1500 per side.  If the mediation goes over 8 hours, then each side will be assessed an additional $200 fee for each hour the mediation is extended.

All payments for mediation must be made no later than 14 days before the the scheduled mediation. Any party that has not timely paid the mediation fee will be assessed a $100 late fee payment for a half day mediation and a $200 late fee payment for a full day mediation.

 

Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled mediation date will result in the forfeiture of the mediation fee.

As the mediation fee is to block of the time for the mediation for the parties, the mediation fee is non-refundable.  However if once the mediation fee is paid, the parties need to reschedule the mediation, they may do so at no additional cost as long as the request is made no later than 72 hours before the originally scheduled mediation date.
